Facilitation is process to engage group members to set and achieve goals.

Consensus-building meetings work best when led by someone who doesn't have a stake in outcomes. DJ Case designs and runs meetings that persuade people to work together. We help the group get to know each other, set ground rules and agendas, and direct discussions to reach agreement.

Our facilitators encourage participants to buy in, feel valued and share a voice. We also create visual records of meetings in progress, and condense information into action plans and reports.
