Rick’s skills as an editor and videographer bring the flexibility of multimedia technology and video production to natural resource campaigns.

The son of a well-known biologist specializing in bat conservation, Rick inherited a curiosity for the natural world, but followed his calling into television production. His career began in television production in Missouri, where he was a senior TV director collaborating on station promotions, news features, and special projects. After he left the station, Rick worked for eight years at a video production company, editing, shooting, and managing projects.

In addition to his production work, Rick also manages the DJ Case’s Information Technology department and assists with troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems. Additionally, he provides training and software support, and was instrumental in implementing project management software that allows client projects to proceed smoothly from beginning to end.

Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Missouri.
