The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers undertook a massive, Congressionally authorized study to review the Missouri River's uses (or "purposes"). DJ Case provided communication and public input support throughout the Missouri River basin and developed a web site to support communication and public engagement.
The site features a searchable, sortable database of comments and feedback received during the public input stages of the study.

MRAPS.org offered video, images and details about the eight "authorized purposes" including irrigation, water supply, hydropower, navigation, flood control, water quality, recreation, and fish and wildlife.

The MRAPS.org template varied with content presented.

The MRAPS.org site served as a respository of public comments, offering a searchable and sortable database of public input.
