Registration

Space is limited; therefore participation is by invitation only. Registration forms and fees received from individuals not invited or designated will be returned.

Please officially register for the Workshop by completing the Registration Form below. Early registration is encouraged. Advance registration fee, if paid on or before Aug. 8, 2008, is $50/person. After Aug. 8, the registration fee is $75/person. Credit card and checks will be accepted for advance payment. Only cash and check payments will be accepted on-site.
